In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, I recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 925-305-1387 at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to %50 of the cost for the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full cost of scheduled services. *An invitation to reschedule will not be accepted if service charge isn't paid for. I recognize the time of the client and myself is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
